The Blinky Base is a base and topcoat in one bottle! Incredibly convenient, you only need one product. The Blinky Base Top can be used as a topcoat for gel polish, gel and acrylic powder.

You can use the Blinky Base Top as a basecoat and as a topcoat. As a basecoat, apply it to the natural nail. As a topcoat, it can be applied to gel polish, gel and acrylic powder. The Blinky Base Top must be cured under the lamp: two minutes in a UV lamp and 60 seconds under an LED lamp. Note: the Blinky Base has a sticky layer, so remember to remove it with Gel Cleaner after curing.
